• More than three years yacht broker and sales experience is a plus

• Knowledge of the South Florida Yacht Brokerage Industry

• Advanced boating skills including product knowledge

• Experience with basic to advanced business systems, CRM's, sales processes etc.

• Basic to Advanced computer skills as well as common programs and applications

• Excellent organizational skills

• A passion for the boating industry, closing deals, and building business
